Benefit enrollment is typically conducted in-person at the employee’s work site. If there are Bucketpay Representatives at your worksite this week, please see them to sign-up. If you are away during the enrollment, please call our main Sale’s Rep at 501-615-5557.

FirstNet/Wesbanco is the bank we use to process premium. Wesbanco is a federally audited bank, while FirstNet is Wesbanco’s premium processing department. FirstNet is the company that deducts premium, holds premium in a Savings account in your name, and remits premium to the insurance carrier.

The reason why we use FirstNet/Wesbanco is because we want premium to be handled with the highest transparency, security, and organization. The best entity to handle your premium is a federally audited bank who processes premium in a Savings account in your name.
Why am I receiving monthly bank statements from Wesbanco?
FirstNet/Wesbanco processes premium in a Savings account in your name. Because of this, Wesbanco sends monthly bank statements showing activity conducted in that account including how much premium was deposited in that Savings account and remitted to the insurance carrier.
