Agent/Agency agrees to the following:
To use our Online Information Service, you must use the access codes we establish or provide for you. Keep them confidential to prevent unauthorized use or loss. Sharing this information is prohibited and may result in suspension of access.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, notify us immediately if you believe access codes have been compromised. You will be responsible to notify us to block access codes that have been or may have been lost, misplaced or compromised.
None of our employees or employees of our affiliates will contact you via phone or e—mail requesting your access codes. If you are contacted by anyone requesting this information, please contact us immediately at our phone number 1-800-351-1911.
By entering into this agreement and using our online information service, you agree to comply with all of our present and future security procedures with respect to our services covered by this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, protection of access codes and other customer and business information. Our security procedures are contained in this agreement. You agree that our current security procedures are commercially reasonable in the context of your business operations. We may at any time change our security procedures. We may advise you of such changes to the extent they affect your use of our services under this agreement, but failure to do so will not affect your obligations or our rights. You agree to give all of our security procedures the highest level of confidentiality and to ensure that no access codes are used by or accessible to anyone other than you.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE
AGENT/AGENCY acknowledges that the FIRSTNET systems, software, and business practices are confidential and contain proprietary information or trade secrets. AGENT/AGENCY agrees to keep confidential all FIRSTNET systems, software, procedures, and business practices to the extent they are proprietary information or trade secrets, and agrees not to use them in any way, including but not limited to, the act of competing in the same or similar business. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this section does not prevent or restrict AGENT/AGENCY from continuing its business in a manner conducted by AGENT/AGENCY pursuant to its practices at the signing of this agreement.
